A clean background check, with no eviction or criminal history, and decent credit. ($40 fee paid online)

Deposit equal to half of a month's rent. 

You can use an electronic signature software to sign the lease, or print, sign, and scan it back.

Lease document must be completed and returned in the same formatting and page order as received. 

All initial, signature, and date fields must be filled.
